1.       Spaghetti Bolognese

Pasta or spaghetti is the simplest idea for a quick events. Usually this recipe been cooked by single because it is a complete meal, starting from the fat, vegetables and carbohydrate. Opened up your any kind of pasta like angle hair or fettuccini and put it drown into a hot boiling water adding a little bit of salt and oil to prevent the pasta from stick to each other. In other pan, sauté chopped red onion and throw a bottle of Bolognese sauce. Stir them up, put your dice button mushroom and sausages for hearty meal don’t forget to season them up! Next step, is to drain your al dente pasta and put it on platter.  Lastly, adding a good amount of Mozzarella will make your food gonna taste like 5 star hotel meal.
 
1.       Fried rice

Cooking this menu will make you look as professional chef and make your guests shows big smile. First of all you need a few of shallot and throw it into your blender. Nowadays, people rarely used lesung batu to prepare meal but trust me if you used your lesung batu to prep your ingredients the taste is much better even though your food is simple. Next up, heat up your pan with a splash of oil. Then, put your onion paste just now, added chili paste and stir. In addition, you can adjusting the level of heat from the chili paste. If you are not fans of heat just reduce the amount of chili. I loved my dishes to have some kick to it so I put a lot of chili. After that, put little bit of salt and seasoning then throw your favourite vegetable like dice carrots, mustards greens or even mushroom to make your dishes bright with colours. Wait for the veggie to soft a little bit then you can put your seafood treasure such as juicy prawns, squid or clam. If you under the budget, don’t worry you can also put dice chicken or meat. To add more taste you can crack two eggs inside.  My secret to make your fried rice umphh, is to put one spoon of oyster sauce, it will makes your rice taste good. And last but not least, add your cold rice and stir it well again until all ingredients cooked. 
 
1.       Butter chicken

This menu kinda trendy nowadays among girls. The creamy taste from it will make people fall in love with it. Firstly, dice your chicken. It easy for you to take chicken breast. Then, take a bowl and put it a cup of coating mix flour (Tepung Bestari) and mixed it with little bit of water to make batter for the chicken. After you get right consistency, you can coated your dice chicken inside. Then throw it into your hot pan with little amount of oil and fried them up until crispy and golden brown. Toss it and leave it a while. In another pan take 3 tablespoon of butter and melt it then put about 2 clove of chopped garlic. Next, add dice cili api for cut through the fatness, before finished you put half tin of evaporated milk for the sauce. After you saw the milk started to bubble up, take your fried chicken just now and stir it with the butter sauce. For the sauce you don’t have to put any seasoning to it because we used butter for it. 

 
1.       Ayam kunyit

The simplest and easy menu is Ayam kunyit. It not only easy for beginners but it also suit well to those who are lazy to cook other meals. Same like other menu, since it started with chicken you need to fried up dice chicken that already coated with little salt for taste and turmeric since it is “masak kunyit”. Fried until it until turn golden brown and leave it for a while. Using the same oil for fried the chicken just now, reduce the amount of oil if you see it too much. After that, slice an onion in ring formed, slice red chili and few chopped long beans. Throw all the ingredients into your pan. Stir it. After you saw the onion has soft and wilt put back your fried chicken and mix it. Finally serve it with hot rice, soy sauce and sambal belacan. Perghhh!!!! Believed me you will end up go for second round.


1.       Fried Eggplant with Belacan

      This traditional dishes definitely reminiscing of your hometown. So first of all, dice your eggplant into cube or round shape- up to you. Then fried them into hot oil until it looked soft and leave it. At the meantime, blend your onions and garlic then poured into hot pan. Then stir well. Followed by a spoon of chili paste for the kick.  Next up, take a small spoon of belacan and mixed with your onions, garlic and chili paste just now. Like usually you can put salt/sugar and seasoning for the taste. After you smell the strong fragrance coming up from belacan, then you can put back the fried eggplant. Finally stir it and let those cooked, garnish it with fried anchovies and it ready to serve.
