**I wrote this article based on the video posted by Yes Theory in their Facebook official page where they conduct a 72 hour challenge in Bhutan.

Imagine a country tucked away from the rest of the world? Hidden in the Himalayas. Left with its own devices to developing unique and incredible ways that made sense for not only its own culture but also for its entire ecosystem. Some people claim that this country is the happiest in the world. The last Shangri La. And it in fact the only country in the world to be carbon negative. Meaning it’s producing 3 times more oxygen that is consume. Meet the country, BHUTAN.

So what makes this place so special’s? Are the people there truly the happiest? And what have they understood about the environment, the rest of us haven’t?

So, with the open mind and lots of questions. Here is more about magical country of Bhutan.

After that, the crew moved to next place which know as Tiger’s Nest. The place apparently on of the most holy places in all of Bhutan. But also apparently in all of Buddhism. The second Buddha who’s the one popularised and spread Buddhism all over Asia. Spend 3 years, 3 months and 3 days meditating in the caves that’s built right next to the temple. Visitor must climb or hike about 3,100 meters (10 170 feet) to arrive. Apparently Buddhism culture, when you hiking you wash away your sins. According to Earth Trekkers, to visit the Tiger’s Nest Monastery takes a full day. On average, it takes between four and five hours to do the round trip hike, plus one more hour to tour the monastery.

After finished the challenge, they claimed Bhutan has blown their mind away. They just only cover the surface of understanding how the country truly operates. The surprising of culture and ecological factor that allows Bhutan to exist the way it does. Are the people here are truly happiest? It is not sure yet. However, as we think about nature moving forward, maybe we should keep a little bit of Bhutan.
