 According to Nielsen korea, episode of “The King: External Monarch” scored average nationwide ratings of 7.4 percent and 10.3 percent for its two parts, marking the first time since the drama’s second episode that it achieved double-digit ratings.

This romance genre drama tells about two people in different universe which led by Lee Minho (Lee Gon) and Kim Go-Eun (Jung Tae Eul). Korean emperor Lee Gon tries to close the doors to a parallel world which was opened by demons; a detective tries to protect the people and the one she loves.

This Korean drama was hit because of Lee Minho comeback after he served military services finished last year. This drama has released on episode 6 today on Netflix and also in others platform.

In my opinion, the first episode was started intense cause of Lee Gon mourns the tragic death of his father and saved by unknown. But he luckily managed to grab her ID card. From this tragic accident, Lee Gon trust his guide and determine to find who the lifesaver is.

After a few years, he decided to across a door to a parallel universe and hopped to find his lifesaver.

If you guys wanted to know more about what happening next to The King, you guys can watch the drama on any online K-drama website. Usually, new episode will come out on Netflix on Friday while on the others platform such as Facebook is on Saturday (subtitle).

I have done watching until fifth episode right now and I can’t hold my feels to watch another episode. For me I would rate this drama 9/10 for the romance. Because I just fall in love with Lee Minho and the character also really suit with his appearances itself. Every time I finished watching another episode, I still cannot moved on with the “romantic” scene. It also include funny scene, so viewers not feel to tense while watching it.
